When commissioning me you should keep in mind that the art you are purchasing is completely digital, and not printed art.
➤ Payment must always be in USD and must be made via Paypal.
➤ Payment must be made upfront
➤ You must provide me your paypal email, so I can send you an invoice.
➤ Refunds are not allowed after the sketch, If you need a refund you need to cancel your commission before I start working on your art.
➤ I will NEVER use your commissions for profit or resale, however I have the right to post the artwork in my portfolio/ social media as a showcase only.
➤ I have the right to decline your commission, If I don't feel comfortable with it.
➤ You're not allowed to resell or print my artwork for profit, and less claim the artwork it's yours.✧ Commercial Rights Commissions

✧Copyright and Usage Policy✧
★・・・・・・★➤ I have the right to use your commission as a showcase on my social media, or for promote myself
➤ I have the right to post or upload your commission wherever I want, but you will always be named and credited as the owner of the character or artwork.
➤ As a commissioner you have the right to upload or post the art wherever you want as long as you credit me for your commission.
➤ You can use your commission as a profile picture, banner, etc.
➤ You have the right to print and use your commission as you like as long as they are not for profit. (This rule is excluded if you have purchased the commercial rights to the product)
